at Gift Shops
The following privileges are made possible to ALL NY TIMES COMPANY EMPLOYEES
through the efforts of The New York Times Company Foundation.
• Museums & Institutions - The museums and institutions listed
below offer FREE admission to Times Company employees and their families
throughout the year:
*PLEASE NOTE: New York City employees must present a valid I.D. Employees
of Times Business Units should present a statement on affiliate letterhead

• New York City Ballet ? In recognition of our support, NYCB is
offering NYTC employees discounted tickets to select performances. Discounts
range from 25% to 33% off regular ticket prices. If purchasing tickets
over the phone, be sure to mention the discount code CD15. Employees may
also continue to purchase tickets at the box office using a valid corporate
ID. For information regarding ticket availability, call Ticketmaster at
212-307-4100 or consult New York City Ballet's website at www.nycballet.com.
*NYTC employees are also eligible to receive a 10% discount at New York
City Ballet?s Gift and Book Shop simply by showing their corporate ID
at the time of purchase. The shop is located on the Promenade level of
the New York State Theater and is open one half-hour before performances
and during intermission.
• Dance Theater Workshop ? As a corporate member, NYTC employees
receive special discounts, including up to 40% off ticket prices. All
shows take place at DTW?s Bessie Sch?rg Theater (219 West 19th Street,
between 7th and 8th Avenues). Tickets may be purchased online at www.dtw.org.
Tickets and memberships are also available by phone at (212) 924-0077
or stop by DTW?s Box Office at 219 West 19th Street.
When calling the DTW box office (212) 924-0077, be sure to use the phrase
"DTW Corporate Member" to get your discount. For more information,

*NYTC employees are also eligible to receive benefits from another DTW
corporate sponsor: JUVA Skin & Laser Center/ JUVA MediSpa, which offers
discounts on massages and other spa specialties. Browse the DTW Website,
more specifically the Corporate Partners Program section, (on the Membership
Info drop down menu), to find a listing of all the benefits available.
• BAM ? Employees are entitled to a 15% discount on full-priced
tickets for BAM, Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra and 651 Arts performances.
The BAMbucks discount applies only to preferred and budget seating locations.
It does not apply to premium seating locations, already discounted subscription
series, general admission events, BAM Rose Cinemas, and other discount
offers. To obtain the BAMbucks Discount call 718-636-4100, fax 718-636-4106
or mail orders to BAM ticket Services at 30 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn,
NY 11217. In all cases, indicate that you are ordering tickets with BAMbucks
and identify yourself as a New York Times Company employee. All orders
will be held at the box office, and employees must show their corporate
ID when picking up their tickets.
• American Ballet Theatre ? Through the Corporate Discount Program,
NYTC employees can purchase tickets to select ABT performances for $40
each ? a discount of more than 40% for orchestra seats ? plus a $5.50
handling charge per ticket. Call the Metropolitan Opera House at (212)
362-6000 and request the Corporate Discount Program. Employees must present
a valid corporate identification card to take advantage of the offer.
ABT also offers employees their new free e-mail service, E-Notes on Pointe.
The service allows you to receive the latest information on ABT?s dancers,
upcoming events and special ticket offers. To subscribe, log onto www.abt.org
and click on the E-Notes on Pointe logo on their home page.
• Off-Broadway Discounts ? A.R.T/New York has a website www.offbroadwayonline.com
which provides users with in-depth information on the latest Off-Broadway
productions. At http://www.offbroadwayonline.com/specialoffers.php NYTC
employees can access special offers on discounted tickets, special events
and in some instances, complimentary tickets. Visit their website for
additional information.
Gift Shops
• New York City Ballet Gift and Book Shop ? NYTC employees are eligible
to receive a 10% discount at New York City Ballet?s Gift and Book Shop
simply by showing their corporate ID at the time of purchase. The shop
is located on the Promenade level of the New York State Theater and is
open one half-hour before performances and during intermission.
• New York Botanical Garden Shops ? NYTC employees are eligible
to receive a 10% discount at all shops on Garden premises.
• The New York Public Library Shop ? NYTC employees are eligible
to receive a 10% discount in The Library Shop. To receive the discount,
employees should show their corporate identification cards, paycheck stub

• New York Hall of Science Shop ? NYT employees receive a discount
of 10% on purchases at the Science Shop and on Science Birthday Parties.
Employees with corporate identification are also entitled to bring up
to nine family members or guests to the New York Hall of Science for free.
